Personal Use License
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Cayana Co. (the "Licensor") for the use of the digital product "Hand-Painted Watercolor Elements" (the "Product"). By downloading and using the Product, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this EULA.

Grant of License:
The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product solely for personal use, which includes personal planning and digital planning purposes. The User is not granted any rights to resell, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Product.

Restrictions:
The User shall not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product, whether in its original form or modified.
The User shall not use the Product to create other products for sale or distribution.
The User shall not claim ownership of the Product or the hand-painted watercolour elements contained therein.

Ownership:
The Product and all hand-painted watercolour elements contained within are the intellectual property of the Licensor and protected by copyright laws. The User does not acquire any ownership rights to the Product or its components.

Refund Policy:
The purchase of the "Hand-Painted Watercolor Elements" product is non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided for any reason.
